Delivery Timeframe

We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 1–2 working days after confirmation.
Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 3–5 working days.
Working days refer to Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details (if tracking is available).
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Safrin is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect address information.
